Can you come the evening before the viewing?
Yes. Most people choose the evening before or the same morning, so the property is freshly cleaned when the viewing starts.
Do you clean between two viewings?
Yes, we offer a quick refresh between viewing rounds at a reduced price when both are agreed in advance.
Do I have to tidy up before you arrive?
The more that is cleared away, the better the result. We can also do light tidying – say so and we will include it in the quote.
