Rent & Klar AS (org. no. 000 000 000) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store your name, phone number, email address, location and the details you provide about the job. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used solely to answer your enquiry, give you a quote and, where relevant, carry out the job. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of a contract, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b).

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Data related to completed jobs is kept for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at post@rentklar.no. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

This website does not use tracking cookies. If you later add analytics tools, this policy must be updated and consent obtained.
